International Yoga Day (3rd Std.) 2022

International Yoga Day is celebrated on 21st June since 2015. This day is celebrated to raise awareness worldwide of many benefits of practicing and the ancient Indian art of healthy living. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his UN address had suggested the date of June 21st as it is the longest day of the year.

The students of std 3 performed yoga in the classroom along with the class teacher.

All over the world as we are facing stress it is very important to keep ourself fit by doing yoga everyday which helps in providing mental health fitness, physical health fitness of mind, body and soul. It also rejuvenates our body and keeps us calm.
