About

Mahatma Education Society began its journey in 1970 as a an Educational Trust with the objective ‘Education For all’. Chembur English High School is the first institution established in the year 1970 under the banner of Mahatma Education Society in Chembur Naka.

The Trust has recognized and reputed colleges of Engineering, Architecture, Bio-tech and Management, Under-Graduate Courses, Junior colleges and Schools (supporting both national and international curriculum) in 5 campuses spread across in Mumbai. Children showing interest and having meritorious achievements can choose to continue their studies fulfilling other requirements of the respective colleges.

Chembur English Pre-Primary and Primary section follows a very learner friendly and value based learning system. We believe that ‘Planting a seed is not the guarantee for that tree to grow big but nurturing it from the day it is sowed is what makes it to grow strong and healthy. Co-Curricular and Extracurricular activities, visits, excursions and programmes that focus in the all-round development of the child remains our main motto from the very start of a child’s journey with us. Balancing a strict but loving and enriching environment, children are guided to tap and bring out the highest potential in them.

Here we have tiny tots between the age group of 4 to 6 years. Since this is the initial step in the odyssey of learning our K.G. room is designed with beautiful paintings, pictures, colourful charts, educative posters etc. We conduct different activities in play way method and make learning an enjoyable process.
