Mahatma Education Society’s Chembur English Primary School and Soroptimist International Bombay Chembur, Mumbai celebrated Women’s Week A Talent Show for Parents (Mothers) on Friday, 13th March, 2015.
Categories for the competition were Food, Art, Singing and Dance.
Women are extremely talented and given an opportunity can live up to their full potential. Through the competition we want to tap these potentials of our parents which in turn becomes a motivation factor for our children to achieve high.
The number of entries for the competition surprised us. Mothers were very excited and enthusiastic. The women parent population were mostly homemakers who usually don’t get opportunities to show case their talents. Hence were happy about the chance that they would get to do something different than their usual routine.
